Never Stop Creating, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Jiggle Monster mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Jiggle Monster does not require account creation, login, or any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to play.

The App has no in-app purchases and does not process any payment or transaction information.

The App stores your game progress, high score, and settings (such as sound and vibration preferences) locally on your device, so your progress can continue where you left off.

Advertising

Jiggle Monster does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising-tracking technology. The App includes a promotional link to Bubble Planet, another app from Never Stop Creating, LLC, available on the App Store — tapping it takes you to that app's App Store listing and does not share any information about you.

Location, Camera, Contacts, and Other Device Data

The App does not access your location, camera, photos, contacts, or microphone.

Children's Privacy

Jiggle Monster is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App requires no account or personal information to play, no such information is collected regardless of a player's age.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. Because the App collects no personal information, there is no user data to share with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress and settings stored locally on your device can be cleared by deleting the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
