Privacy Policy — Bubble Planet

Never Stop Creating, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bubble Planet mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Bubble Planet does not require account creation, login, or any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to play.

The App offers optional in-app purchases (cosmetic shooter packs and consumable gameplay boosts). When you make a purchase, transaction information is processed by Apple's App Store and by RevenueCat, our purchase management provider, to verify and deliver your purchase. This may include a device identifier and purchase history, handled according to Apple's and RevenueCat's own privacy practices. We do not receive or store your payment card information — all payment is handled directly by Apple.

The App stores your game progress, settings (such as sound and vibration preferences), and purchased items locally on your device and, where applicable, through Apple's purchase records, so your progress and purchases can be restored if you reinstall the App or change devices.

Advertising

Bubble Planet does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising-tracking technology.

Location, Camera, Contacts, and Other Device Data

The App does not access your location, camera, photos, contacts, or microphone.

Children's Privacy

Bubble Planet is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including teens. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App requires no account or personal information to play, no such information is collected regardless of a player's age.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. Limited transaction data is shared with Apple and RevenueCat solely to process and validate in-app purchases, as described above.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress and settings stored locally on your device can be cleared by deleting the App. Purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple's own policies; requests regarding purchase history should be directed to Apple.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
